We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• The hygiene liner (protective paper strip) on the bikini bottom must remain intact and in place.

• All original tags and labels must still be attached.

For hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene liner has been removed or if the item shows signs of wear.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and sent using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

• Hand wash only- always hand wash your bikini in cold water immediately after use. This helps remove salt, chlorine, sunscreen and body oils.

• Avoid machine washing and drying- do not use a washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the fibers, color and shape or the bikini.
